The world of real estate has changed—a lot. No where have we seen that more in the last ten years than here in our very own Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley markets. We always say, our west coast real estate market isn't a top secret code however if your not a true expert it's easy to become confused and confusion can end up being very expensive indeed.
The real estate business is on a shorter leash now. But our team at THE BC HOME HUNTER GROUP think this is a good thing in the long run. Because it means that from here, developers for one will have to weave authentic, lasting value into the homes they build–if they want to avoid getting undermined by this market. It means that things will have to get strategic, fast and down-to-earth. But most of all, it means that buying a home will actually mean something to people again.
