North Vancouver Market Update - November 2014
Did you know North Vancouver is sitting at historically low inventory levels, with less than 300 homes for sale in all of North Vancouver?
Inventory levels have not been this low since the 2010 Olympics.
In Supply & Demand terms, when inventory is low, Buyers have less to choose from, making it a strategically opportune time to have your house come onto the market.
The fall market is still in full swing, which trails off in mid-December, and then picks back up in at the end of January to the beginning of February.
Although there are fewer Buyers around during the holiday season, those Buyers are typically more serious - otherwise they wouldn’t be looking at that time. Secondly, many Sellers take their homes off the market during the holidays, further reducing the inventory.
