Remember taking mathematics in grade school? For most, the introduction of math into their lives at that early age was life changing or at least the beginning of an understanding of the basics. Real Estate analysis and forecasting isn't a top secret code as we at The BC Home Hunter Group like to say, however the Vancouver, Fraser Valley and lower mainland real estate markets are somewhat of an industry anomaly and extremely complex to the uninitiated. 
Without divulging our team's trade craft, we have developed logarithms and techniques that have allowed our team to progressively forecast local and other domestic markets inverted peaks and high points with uncanny accuracy.
We do not "just" market and sell real estate, our real estate team offer a very unique and high calibre buying and selling experience for each and every one of our clients.
As we have explained to our clients for many years, we are not a big fan of strata investments unless they are our select niche areas, buildings and developments.
