One of the core values of our real estate team from it's inception has always been “giving back” and at a grass roots level. We passionately believe that investing in the children, families and communities of the lower mainland and British Columbia is not just the right thing to do but also a moral and ethical imperative. 

Our business manager, Robert Pybus (not a licensed realtor), is no stranger to the many issues that permeate those in need from all walks of life. Whether in our urban centres or suburban communities there are endless opportunities for us to reach out and help others help themselves. And so, the concept of “The Robin Hood’s of Real Estate” Referral Program was born several years ago.

When anyone sends The BC Home Hunter Group a real estate referral, whether buyer or seller, and through that referral a sale is completed our entire executive team will collaboratively donate to communities, charities, schools or sports programs etc. a percentage of each transaction through our Robin Hood’s of Real Estate” Referral Program.
Anyone that brings a real estate referral to our team and through that referral, whether buyer or seller, a sale is completed, our executive team led by our real estate sales manager, Mandeep Sendher, will pay a referral of $500-$1000 for each referral to that individual.
